Growth was creating a new operational challenge for Epigenetics International. The business needed significantly greater manufacturing capability, improved production flow and infrastructure capable of supporting its future UK and international ambitions.
SiEffect was already working with the leadership team on organisational and operational development. As the requirement became clearer, that advisory relationship evolved into responsibility for leading one of the company's most significant operational projects: the creation of a new purpose-built manufacturing facility of approximately 800m².
From growth challenge to operational delivery
Epigenetics manufactures specialist nutritional supplements and wellness products, including vitamins, amino acids, minerals, herbal formulations and natural health products, with a strong emphasis on purity, tolerability and additive-free manufacturing.

The new facility needed to increase manufacturing capacity and improve operational flow whilst creating an environment capable of supporting the company's stringent production and quality requirements.
SiEffect provided end-to-end operational project leadership, working across the leadership team, contractors, suppliers and operational stakeholders to turn the requirement into a functioning manufacturing environment.
The project included the coordination of facilities, infrastructure, production requirements and operational workflows within a highly regulated environment aligned with internationally recognised standards including ISO, GMP, FDA registration, HACCP and SALSA accreditation.
The result was a modern clean-room production environment designed around the needs of the business and capable of supporting significantly greater production capacity and future commercial growth.
