SiEffect was engaged by Epigenetics International to support the business through a significant phase of operational growth and infrastructure expansion.
Following earlier advisory support across organisational and operational development, the engagement evolved into leading the delivery of a major manufacturing transformation project — overseeing the creation of a purpose-built, state-of-the-art production facility of approximately 800m².
The project was designed to dramatically increase manufacturing capability, operational flow and production scalability for one of the UK’s specialist manufacturers of premium nutritional supplements and wellness products.
Epigenetics manufactures a broad range of specialist products including vitamins, amino acids, minerals, herbal formulations and natural health products, with a strong focus on purity, tolerability and additive-free production standards.
The facility was developed to support that philosophy at scale.
This included coordinating the end-to-end operational delivery of a highly regulated manufacturing environment aligned to internationally recognised compliance and quality standards including ISO, GMP, FDA registration, HACCP and SALSA accreditation.
The outcome was a modern clean-room production environment capable of supporting increased UK and international demand, whilst maintaining the brand’s commitment to quality, purity and operational precision.
